A. It is not waterproof.
Q. Is the clock a radio-controlled clock?
A. It is not a radio-controlled clock. Please set the time before use.
Q. Is there a wake-up timer?
A. There is no ON timer function, but there is an alarm function.
Q. What kind of sound is the wake-up alarm?

Q. The clock bothers me if I see it when I'm trying to sleep.
A. The brightness of the clock can be set to 4 levels, including off.
Q. How many hours can it be used on battery?
A. From a full charge, it operates for approximately 8 hours with volume, aroma mist diffusion, and LED display all set to "medium" levels.
Q. Can I play music via Bluetooth or other means in addition to the sound sources recorded on the USB memory stick?
A. There is no Bluetooth or network connection function.
Q. What size room is recommended for use?
A. There are individual differences in sound volume preference, so we cannot give a definitive answer, but it is intended for use in a quiet environment when sleeping, so we believe it can be used in rooms of any size in a typical home.
Q. Are the sound and aroma mist linked? (e.g., aroma mist comes out at specific times)
A. The sound and aroma mist are not linked. Conversely, you can use it for sound only, or aroma only.
Q. Can I change the intensity of natural sounds in the Spa / Forest / Ocean sound sources?
A. It is not possible to adjust the volume of specific sounds, whether music or natural sounds.
Q. Can I listen to my favorite music?
A. The combination of this device and the sound sources pre-recorded on the USB memory stick creates a three-dimensional sound effect. This device supports WAV (16bit, 48kHz or less) data file playback, so you can play your own sound sources by recording music as WAV data on a USB memory stick that you provide. However, please be aware that this is not covered by the warranty, and this device is not tuned for general sound sources, so a three-dimensional sound effect cannot be obtained.
Q. Can I change to my favorite scent?
A. You can change to your preferred scent by putting your favorite aroma oil into the 10ml bottle attached to the spray head, or by replacing it with a bottle of the appropriate size.
Q. Is there a difference in effect between using the included aroma oil and preparing my own preferred oil?
A. While we also offer aroma oils inspired by nemcaro's sound sources on this site, you can generally use your preferred oils without issue (please be careful with highly viscous essential oils or those containing resins, as they may cause clogging). Please enjoy your rest time with your favorite scent.
Q. How long does one bottle of aroma oil last?
A. Depending on your settings and environment, if you use a 10ml bottle and diffuse aroma mist for 1 hour every day, it will last about 1 to 2 weeks. When using it by your bedside, you can still enjoy a pleasant scent by diffusing aroma mist for about 5 minutes before going to sleep.
Q. Can the strength of the aroma mist be changed?
A. There are 3 modes available. Strong mode: 15 seconds spray / 30 seconds stop, Medium mode: 10 seconds spray / 45 seconds stop, Weak mode: 5 seconds spray / 60 seconds stop.
Q. Does the aroma oil have to be 100% natural essential oil?
A. It does not have to be 100% essential oil. If the oil scent feels too strong, you can dilute it with anhydrous ethanol or similar, as you prefer.
Q. Is the aroma diffuser something you put water in?
A. This device can use 100% natural plant essential oils as is. Since it is not diluted or heated, you can enjoy the original scent of the aroma oil. Also, since it does not use water, it is less prone to water stains and mold.
Q. Can any type of aroma oil be used?
A. The aroma diffuser in this unit is a nebulizer type, which sprays oil as a mist using air pressure. Therefore, we do not recommend oils with the following characteristics, as they may cause clogging of the nebulizer's spray mechanism:
1. High viscosity (heavy oil), 2. Contains resin components, 3. Easily oxidizes/deteriorates, 4. Pine-based oils.
Specifically, essential oils such as sandalwood, cedarwood, cinnamon, juniper berry, pine, niaouli, and frankincense are prone to causing clogging, so please avoid them.
Q. What is the warranty period?
A. Faults under normal use are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.
