This product is a package that proposes an optimal sleep environment by combining the device body with a dedicated USB sound source and natural aroma. Since the device body alone cannot deliver its full effect, we primarily offer it as a "set product" that combines a dedicated sound source supervised by CROIX, a professional in sound, with carefully selected natural aromas.

Q. Is it waterproof?

A. It is not waterproof.

Q. Is the clock a radio-controlled clock?

A. It is not a radio-controlled clock. Please set the time before use.

Q. Is there a wake-up timer?

A. There is no ON timer function, but there is an alarm function.

Q. What kind of sound is the wake-up alarm?

Q. I'm bothered by the clock display when I go to bed.

A. The brightness of the clock can be set to 4 levels, including off.

Q. How many hours can it be used on battery?

A. From a full charge, it operates for about 8 hours with the volume, aroma mist emission, LED display, etc., all set to "medium" level.

Q. Can I play music via Bluetooth or other means in addition to the sound sources recorded on the USB memory?

A. There are no connectivity functions such as Bluetooth or network access.

Q. What size room is recommended for use?

A. Preferences for sound volume vary by individual, so we cannot give a definitive answer. However, it is designed for use in a quiet environment during sleep, and we believe it can be used in a typical home regardless of room size.

Q. Do the sound and aroma mist work in conjunction? (e.g., aroma mist released at specific timings)

A. The sound and aroma mist do not work in conjunction. Conversely, you can use it for sound only or aroma only.

Q. Can I adjust the intensity of natural sounds in the Spa / Forest / Ocean sound sources?

A. It is not possible to adjust the volume of specific sounds, whether music or natural sounds.

Q. Can I listen to my favorite music?

A. Stereoscopic sound effects are produced by the combination of this unit and the sound sources pre-recorded on the USB memory. This unit supports playback of WAV data files (16bit, 48kHz or less), so you can play your own sound sources by recording music in WAV data on a USB memory you prepare. However, please note that operation is not guaranteed, and this unit is not tuned for general sound sources, so stereoscopic sound effects will not be obtained.

Q. Can I change to my preferred scent?

A. You can change to your preferred scent by putting your favorite aroma oil into the 10ml bottle attached to the spray head, or by replacing it with a bottle of the appropriate size.

Q. Is there a difference in effect between using the included aroma oils and preparing my own preferred oils?

A. We also offer aroma oils inspired by nemcaro's sound sources on this site, but in principle, you can use your preferred oils without any problem (please be careful with highly viscous essential oils or those containing resins, as they may cause clogging). Please enjoy your rest time with your favorite scent.

Q. How long does it take to use up one bottle of aroma oil?

A. Depending on your settings and environment, if you use a 10ml bottle and diffuse aroma mist for 1 hour every day, it will last about 1-2 weeks. When using it by your bedside, diffusing the aroma mist for about 5 minutes before sleep should be sufficient to enjoy a pleasant scent.

Q. Can I change the strength of the aroma mist?

A. Three modes are available: Strong mode: 15 seconds spray / 30 seconds pause, Medium mode: 10 seconds spray / 45 seconds pause, Weak mode: 5 seconds spray / 60 seconds pause.

Q. Do I have to use 100% natural essential oils for the aroma oil?

A. It is not necessary to use 100% essential oils. If the oil scent feels too strong, you can dilute it with anhydrous ethanol or similar, and use it as you prefer.

Q. Is the aroma diffuser something you put water in?

A. This unit allows you to use 100% natural plant essential oils as they are. Since it is not diluted or heated, you can enjoy the original scent of the aroma oil. Also, since it does not use water, it is less prone to water stains and mold.

Q. Can I use any type of aroma oil?

A. The aroma diffuser in this unit is a nebulizer type, which atomizes oil into a mist using air pressure. Therefore, we do not recommend oils with the following characteristics, as they may cause clogging of the nebulizer's spray mechanism:

1. High viscosity (heavy oil), 2. Contains resin-based ingredients, 3. Prone to oxidation/deterioration, 4. Pine-based oils.

Specifically, essential oils such as sandalwood, cedarwood, cinnamon, juniper berry, pine, niaouli, and frankincense are prone to causing clogging, so please avoid them.

Q. What is the warranty period?

A. We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for malfunctions under normal use.
