A. It is not waterproof.

 

Q. Is the clock a radio clock?

A. It is not a radio clock. Please set the time yourself.

 

Q. Is there a wake-up timer?

A. There is no ON timer function, but there is an alarm function.

A. The clock brightness can be set to 4 levels, including off.

A. From a full charge, it will run for approximately 8 hours with the volume, aroma mist spray, LED display, etc. all set to "medium" intensity.

 

Q. Can I listen to music via Bluetooth or other means in addition to the sound sources recorded on the USB memory?

A. There is no connectivity function such as Bluetooth or network.

 

Q. What room size is recommended for use?

A. There are individual preferences for volume, so we cannot give a definitive answer, but it is intended for use in a quiet environment when sleeping, so we believe it can be used in a typical home regardless of room size.

A. The sound and aroma mist are not linked. Conversely, you can use it for sound only or aroma only.

 

Q. Can I change the intensity of natural sounds in the Spa / Forest / Ocean sound sources?

A. It is not possible to adjust the volume of specific sounds, whether music or natural sounds.

 

Q. Can I listen to my favorite music?

A. The combination of this device and the sound sources pre-recorded on the USB memory creates a stereophonic sound effect. This device supports WAV (16bit, 48kHz or less) data file playback, so you can play your own sound sources if you record music as WAV data on your own USB memory. However, please be aware in advance that operation is not guaranteed and that this device is not tuned for general sound sources, so stereophonic sound effects will not be obtained.

 

Q. Is it possible to change to my preferred scent?

A. You can change to your preferred scent by putting your favorite essential oil into the 10ml bottle attached to the spray head, or by replacing it with a bottle of the appropriate size.

 

Q. Is there a difference in effect between the aroma oil included in the set and preparing your own preferred oil?

A. We also offer aroma oils inspired by nemcaro's sound sources on this site, but in principle, you can use your preferred oil without any problem (please be careful with highly viscous essential oils or those containing resin, etc., as they may cause clogging). Please enjoy your sleep time with your favorite scent.

 

Q. How long does it take to use up one bottle of aroma oil?

A. It depends on the settings and environment of use, but if you use a 10ml bottle and spray aroma mist for 1 hour every day, it will last about 1 to 2 weeks. When using it by your bedside, you will feel a good scent even if you only use the aroma mist for about 5 minutes before going to sleep.

 

Q. Can I change the intensity of the aroma mist?

A. 3 modes are settable. Strong mode: 15 seconds spray / 30 seconds stop, Medium mode: 10 seconds spray / 45 seconds stop, Weak mode: 5 seconds spray / 60 seconds stop.

 

Q. Do I have to use 100% natural essential oils?

A. It is not necessary to use 100% essential oils. If the oil scent feels too strong, you can dilute it with anhydrous ethanol or similar, as you prefer.

 

Q. Do I need to put water in the aroma diffuser?

A. This device allows you to use 100% natural plant essential oils as they are. Since it is not diluted or heated, you can enjoy the original scent of the aroma oil. Also, since it does not use water, it is a system that is less prone to water stains and mold.

 

Q. Can any type of aroma oil be used?

A. The aroma diffuser in this device is a nebulizer type that sprays oil as a mist using air pressure. Therefore, we do not recommend oils with the following characteristics, as they may cause clogging of the nebulizer's spray mechanism:

1. High viscosity (heavy oil), 2. Contains resin-based components, 3. Easily oxidizes/deteriorates, 4. Pine-based oils.

Specifically, please refrain from using essential oils such as sandalwood, cedarwood, cinnamon, juniper berry, pine, niaouli, and frankincense, as they are prone to causing clogging.
