About Returns and Exchanges

In the following cases, exchanges and returns are not accepted:

・Products marked as non-returnable

・Products with opened packaging

・Used products

・Food, beverages, cosmetics, etc. (unless due to our reasons)

・Sale items, or items for which more than 8 days have passed since delivery without special circumstances

If the delivered product is damaged, soiled, defective, or different from your order, we will arrange for an exchange, return, or refund.
