Q. Is it waterproof?

 A. It is not waterproof.

 

 

Q. Is the clock a radio clock?

A. It is not a radio-controlled clock. Please set the time manually.

 

 

Q. Does it have a wake-up timer?

A. It does not have an ON timer function, but it does have an alarm function. (You cannot set it to "play after XX minutes," but you can set it to "play at XX o'clock XX minutes." Please note that the alarm function only plays music, and the aroma mist will not automatically diffuse.)

 

 

Q. What does the wake-up alarm sound like?

A. Here is a sample sound source.

 

 

Q. The clock bothers me when I try to sleep.

A. You can turn off the clock. You can also adjust the brightness to 4 levels, including off.

 

 

Q. How many hours can it be used on battery?

A. From a full charge, it operates for approximately 8 hours with all settings (volume, aroma mist diffusion, LED display, etc.) at a "medium" level.

 

 

Q. In addition to sound sources recorded on a USB memory, can I stream music via Bluetooth or other methods?

A. It does not have network connectivity features such as Bluetooth.

 

 

Q. What size room is recommended for use?

A. The preference for volume varies among individuals, so we cannot give a definitive answer. However, it is designed for use in a quiet environment when sleeping, and we believe it can be used in a typical home regardless of room size.

 

 

Q. Are the sound and aroma mist linked? (e.g., aroma mist diffuses at specific timings)

A. The sound and aroma mist are not linked. Conversely, you can use it for sound only or scent only.

 

 

Q. Can I change the intensity of natural sounds in the Spa / Forest / Ocean sound sources?

A. You cannot adjust the volume of specific sounds, whether music or natural sounds.

 

 

Q. Can I listen to my favorite music?

A. The combination of this device and sound sources pre-recorded on a USB memory creates a 3D audio effect. This device supports playback of WAV data files (16bit, 48kHz or less), so you can play your own music by recording WAV data onto a USB memory you prepare. However, please be aware that operation is not guaranteed, and this device is not tuned for general sound sources, so 3D audio effects may not be achieved.

 

 

Q. Can I change to my preferred scent?

A. You can change to your preferred scent by putting your favorite essential oil into the 10ml bottle attached to the spray head, or by replacing it with a bottle of the appropriate size.

 

 

Q. Is there a difference in effect between official aroma oils and those I prepare myself?

A. For crowdfunding, we offered a set of aroma oils inspired by the sound sources, but generally, you can use any aroma oil you like (please be careful with highly viscous essential oils or those containing resins, as they may cause clogging).

 

 

Q. How long does it take to use up one bottle of aroma oil?

A. It depends on your settings and environment, but if you use a 10ml bottle and diffuse aroma mist for 1 hour every day, it will last about 1 to 2 weeks. When using it by your bedside, even just 5 minutes of aroma mist before sleeping should be enough to enjoy a pleasant scent.

 

 

Q. Can I change the intensity of the aroma mist? 

A. 3 modes are available:

High mode: 15 seconds spray / 30 seconds stop,

Medium mode: 10 seconds spray / 45 seconds stop,

Low mode: 5 seconds spray / 60 seconds stop.

 

 

Q. Do aroma oils have to be 100% natural essential oils?

A. They do not need to be 100% essential oil. If the oil scent is too strong, you can dilute it with anhydrous ethanol or other substances as you prefer.

 

 

Q. Do aroma diffusers require water?

A. This device allows you to use 100% natural essential oils directly. Since it is not diluted or heated, you can enjoy the original scent of the aroma oil. Also, as it does not use water, it is less prone to limescale and mold buildup.

 

 

Q. Can any type of aroma oil be used?

A. The aroma diffuser in this unit is a nebulizer type, which diffuses oil into a mist using air pressure. Therefore, we do not recommend oils with the following characteristics, as they may cause clogging of the nebulizer's diffusion mechanism:

1. High viscosity (heavy oil),

2. Contains resin-based components,

3. Prone to oxidation/deterioration,

4. Pine-based oils. Specifically, essential oils such as sandalwood, cedarwood, cinnamon, juniper berry, pine, niaouli, and frankincense are prone to causing clogs, so please refrain from using them.

  

 

Q. What is the warranty period?

A. Malfunctions under normal use are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
