◆Sora Fujii Profile


Born May 20, 1984, in Okayama Prefecture.
Raised in a home filled with jazz and Showa-era popular songs, he began playing piano, electronic organ, and trumpet from a young age. He majored in electronic organ at Yamaha Music Academy, where he was exposed to various music genres, including jazz. He won 5th place at the Yamaha Electone Competition 2012.
He taught himself trumpet and jazz piano, and currently works as a multi-instrumentalist in the Tokyo metropolitan area, performing across various genres. He has been influenced by artists such as Freddie Hubbard, Allan Holdsworth, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, and Jordan Rudess.

He has collaborated with artists including Anonymous, Daisuke Ono, Keroppons, Hiromi Go, Mitsuru Sutoh, Goro Noguchi, Hiroyuki Noritake, Isao Bito, and BOYS AND MEN Area Kenkyusei.
His hobbies include watching videos of famous sports scenes (mainly sumo wrestling and boxing), and he is a big fan of Mike Tyson. He sometimes incorporates sports-style strategies into his instrument practice and creative activities. He is also the owner of three Java sparrows and shares their daily lives on his YouTube channel.
