Q. Is it waterproof?
A. It is not waterproof.
Q. Is the clock a radio-controlled clock?
A. It is not a radio-controlled clock. Please set the time before use.
Q. Does it have an alarm for waking up?
A. It does not have an ON timer function, but it does have an alarm function.
Q. What does the wake-up alarm sound like?

Q. I find the clock display distracting when I'm trying to sleep.
A. The brightness of the clock can be set to 4 levels, including off.
Q. How many hours can it be used on battery?
A. From a full charge, with volume, aroma mist spray, LED display, etc., all set to "medium," it operates for approximately 8 hours.
Q. Can I listen to music via Bluetooth or other means in addition to the sound sources on the USB memory?
A. It does not have Bluetooth or network connectivity functions.
Q. What size room is recommended for use?
A. The preference for volume varies from person to person, so we cannot give a definitive answer, but it is designed for use in a quiet environment during sleep. For general residential use, you should be able to use it regardless of room size.
Q. Are the sound and aroma mist linked? (e.g., aroma mist coming out at specific times)
A. The sound and aroma mist are not linked. Conversely, you can use it for sound only or aroma only.
Q. Can I adjust the intensity of natural sounds in the Spa / Forest / Ocean sound sources that include natural sounds?
A. You cannot adjust the volume of specific sounds, whether music or natural sounds.
Q. Can I listen to my favorite music?
A. The combination of this unit and the sound sources pre-recorded on the USB memory creates a stereophonic sound effect. This unit supports playback of WAV data files (16bit, 48kHz or less), so you can play your own sound sources by recording WAV data to a USB memory you prepare. However, please be aware that this is outside the scope of warranty, and this unit is not tuned for general sound sources, so stereophonic sound effects will not be achieved.
Q. Can I change to my preferred scent?
A. You can change to your preferred scent by putting your favorite aroma oil into the 10ml bottle attached to the spray head, or by replacing it with a bottle of a suitable size.
Q. Is there a difference in effect between using the included aroma oil and preparing my own preferred aroma oil?
A. We also offer aroma oils on this site that are inspired by nemcaro's sound sources, but generally, there is no problem using your preferred oil (be careful with highly viscous essential oils or those containing resins, as they may cause clogging). Please enjoy your sleep time with your favorite scent.
Q. How long does one bottle of aroma oil last?
A. Depending on your usage settings and environment, if you use a 10ml bottle and spray aroma mist for 1 hour daily, it will last about 1 to 2 weeks. When using it by your bedside, even just 5 minutes of aroma mist before sleeping should provide a sufficient pleasant scent.
Q. Can I change the intensity of the aroma mist?
A. There are 3 modes available. Strong mode: 15 seconds spray / 30 seconds pause, Medium mode: 10 seconds spray / 45 seconds pause, Weak mode: 5 seconds spray / 60 seconds pause.
Q. Do I have to use 100% natural essential oils for the aroma oil?
A. It is not necessary for it to be 100% essential oil. If the oil scent feels too strong, you can dilute it with anhydrous ethanol or similar, and use it as you prefer.
Q. Do I need to put water in the aroma diffuser?
A. This unit allows you to use 100% natural plant essential oils directly. Since it does not dilute or heat the oil, you can enjoy the original scent of the aroma oil. Also, since it does not use water, it is less prone to water stains and mold.
Q. Can any type of aroma oil be used?
A. The aroma diffuser in this unit is a nebulizer type that atomizes oil into a mist using air pressure. Therefore, we do not recommend oils with the following characteristics, as they may cause clogging of the nebulizer's spraying mechanism:
1. High viscosity (heavy oil), 2. Contains resinous components, 3. Prone to oxidation/deterioration, 4. Pine-based oils.
Specifically, please refrain from using essential oils such as sandalwood, cedarwood, cinnamon, juniper berry, pine, niaouli, and frankincense, as they are likely to cause clogging.
Q. What is the warranty period?
A. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for failures that occur under normal use.
