TERMS OF SERVICE 利用規約

1. Definition of Terms of Use

RELAX WORLD (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") strives to protect users' personal information in the operation of RELAX WORLD online shop (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") and establishes the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Scope of Application of Terms of Use

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the user and the Company concerning the use of the Service.

3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

6. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for any of the following matters regarding the Service:

・Damages arising from actions taken by the user using the Service

・Damages caused by changes, interruptions, suspensions, or termination of the Service

・Damages caused by unauthorized access or harmful programs such as viruses

7. Changes to Terms of Use

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying users if it deems necessary. If a user continues to use the Service after changes to these Terms, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms of Use.

8. Prohibited Actions

When using the Service, users must not engage in the following actions:

・Actions that violate laws or public order and morals

・Actions related to criminal acts

・Actions that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the Company's servers or network

・Unauthorized access or attempts thereof

・Actions that collect or accumulate personal information of other users

・Actions that impersonate another user

・Actions that directly or indirectly benefit anti-social forces in relation to the Company's services

・Actions that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of the Company, other users of the Service, or third parties

・Posting or transmitting excessively violent expressions, explicit sexual expressions, discriminatory expressions, expressions that promote suicide or self-harm, or other anti-social content that may cause discomfort to others

・Actions for sales, advertising, promotion, solicitation, or other commercial purposes (excluding those approved by the Company)

・Actions that damage the Company's credibility or infringe upon the Company's property

・Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company

9. User Content, Feedback, and Other Submissions

For content (text, images, reviews, etc.) posted, transmitted, or uploaded by users to the Service, users grant the Company the right to use such content free of charge (including reproduction, modification, public transmission, etc.). The Company may utilize feedback from users to improve its services.

10. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

Intellectual property rights related to the content included in the Service (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) belong to the Company or the legitimate rights holder. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise secondarily use such content without the Company's prior written consent.

11. Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

Users represent and warrant that they do not fall under the category of organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, semi-members of organized crime groups, companies related to organized crime groups, corporate racketeers, or others similar thereto (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social forces"). If it is found that a user falls under the category of anti-social forces, the Company may suspend the use of the Service without prior notice.

12. Withdrawal from Membership and Post-Withdrawal Measures

Users may cancel their membership registration (withdraw) at any time through the method specified by the Company. After withdrawal, the Company will delete the user's personal information within a reasonable period.

13. Temporary Suspension, Interruption, and Termination of Service

The Company may temporarily suspend, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to users in any of the following cases:

・When performing maintenance inspection or updating of the computer system related to the Service

・When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters

・When computers or communication lines stop due to an accident

・When the Company otherwise determines that the provision of the Service is difficult

14. Damages

If a user violates these Terms and causes damage to the Company, the user shall be obligated to compensate the Company for all damages (including attorney's fees).

15. Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations

Users may not assign or pledge to a third party their status under the usage contract or any rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.

16. Place of Resolution for Disputes Regarding These Terms of Service

Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction court of the first instance.
