5. Provision to Third Parties

6. Entrustment of Personal Information

7. Joint Use

The Shop may jointly use customers' personal information with group companies, business partners, and other third parties within the scope necessary for providing affiliated services. 8. Anonymously Processed Information

9. Disclosure of Personal Information

When a customer requests disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Shop will disclose it within a reasonable period and scope specified by the Shop, after confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves (if such personal information does not exist, we will notify you of that fact). However, this does not apply if the Shop is not obliged to disclose personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

10. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.

If a customer requests correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information, the Shop will respond within a reasonable period and scope after confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves, and will notify the customer of that fact.

11. Security Management Measures

The Shop will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data handled, and for other security management of personal data. 13. Procedure for Amending the Privacy Policy

The Shop may amend this Policy as necessary. However, if any amendment to this Policy requires the customer's consent under law, the amended Policy shall apply only to customers who have agreed to the amendment by the method specified by the Shop. The Shop shall, when amending this Policy, notify customers of the effective date and content of the amended Policy by displaying it on the Shop's website or by other appropriate methods.
